给饲喂精料型日粮的羔羊(体重分别为14.3和24.1kg,n=3)和粗料型日粮的母羊(体重54.3kg,n=5)口服福尔马林,以研究口服福尔马林对绵羊采食和消化代谢的影响。结果表明:口服福尔马林使单只羔羊的日采食量分别从(929.0±108.8),(1124.8±155.9)g增加到(1329.2±269.0),(1701.1±465.9)g,单只母羊的日采食量从(1632.3±118.3)g增加到(1746.4±201.2)g;羔羊的氮保留分别从(16.01±2.87),(16.33±3.64)g/a,增至(21.45±0.24),(25.05±1.40)g/d;母羊的氮保留从(9.39±3.02)g/d增至(12.82±2.70)g/d。羔羊的日增重分别从(207.6±30.3),(204.5±2.3)g/d,提高到(328.8±78.3),(310.6±34.7)g/d;母羊的日增重从(75.0±15.3)g/d提高到(92.5±24.4)g/d。但口服福尔马林并不显著影响绵羊对日粮的消化率。本研究表明,口服福尔马林可大幅提高绵羊的生产性能。
The concentrate diet was fed to lamb (average body weight 14.3 and 24.1 kg respectively, n = 3 in each treatment) ,and roughage diet was fed to ewe (average body weight 54.3 kg, n =5 in each treat ment) to study the effect of drinking formalin on the intake, digestion and metabolism of sheep. The results showed that drinking formalin increased the intake from (929. 0±108. 8) to (1329. 2± 269.0) g/lamb/d, in experiment 1,from (1 124.8±155.9) to (1701.1±465.9) g/lamb/d, in experiment 2, and (1 632. 3±118. 3) to (1 746.4±201.2) g/ewe/d, in experiment 3 respectively. The nitrogen retention was increased from (16.01±2.87) to (21.45±0.24) g/lamb/d, in experimenl 1,from (16.33±3.64) to (25.05±1.40) g/lamb/d, in experiment 2,and from (9.39±3.02) to (12.82±2.70) g/ewe/& in ex periment 3 respectively. The daily body weight gain was increased from (207. 6±30. 3) to (328. 8± 78.3) g/lamb/& in experiment 1,from (204.5±2.3) to (310.6±34.7) g/lamb/& in experiment 2,and from (75.0±15.3) to (92.5±24.4) g/ewe/d, in experiment 3 respectively. However,drinking formalin did not significantly affect the digestibility of diets by the sheep. It is showed that the drinking formalin could greatly increase the performance for sheep production.
