服务科学近年来逐渐成为一个新的科学研究领域,而面向服务科学的供应链管理则成为供应链管理研究的核心。本文回顾和整理了近年来基于服务因素和行为因素的国内外供应链管理文献,并针对服务科学的热点问题提出了供应链管理问题未来的研究方向和研究建议。
In recent years, the service science has grown into a new scientific research domain, and the service science-oriented supply chain management has become the core of the chain management research. This article reviews and reorganizes domestic and foreign service-based supply chain literature in recent years and proposes some suggestions on future management research directions.
