提出沿海航道服务水平和航道利用率的概念来确定集装箱港区单向航道扩建时机。首先分析航道服务水平的影响因素,并建立对应仿真模型,得到不同通航历时下的泊位数与航道利用率曲线;利用数学方法分析泊位数与航道利用率的关系;最后基于航道利用率划分服务水平等级,确定航道扩建时机。实例证明,基于航道利用率的航道服务水平可用于确定扩建时机,并对其他专业化港区有一定借鉴作用。

英文摘要:

This paper proposes the concept of channel utilization ratio and coastal channel service level to determine the time for expanding the channel capacity of the container terminal.Firstly,the influential factors of the channel service level were analyzed,and a simulation model was built,based on which the berth numberchannel utilization ratios curve was obtained;Then,the relationship of the berth number and channel utilization ratios was derived from the simulation results;Finally,the expansion time was determined by the derived relationship.The application demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and also can be applied to other specialized ports.
