Based on the implementation plans for the6Chinese national park pilot areas,which are approved by the National Development and Reform Commission,three fundamental aspects to establish the management system of Chinese national parks are analyzed and compared,namely national park definition,management zoning,as well as the national park management and guarantee system(including three sub items:management institution,land and natural resources ownership,and capital mechanism).Commonness,characteristics,and further perfect and research aspects are discussed.In addition,this paper attempts to set up a threelevel understanding framework of establishing Chinese national park system,and locate the analysis of the pilot implementation plans in the framework.
