如果有限群G的一个子群H同G的所有阶与｜H｜互素的Sylow子群P相乘可换，即HP=PH，则称H为G的s-半置换子群．本文利用s-半置换子群的一些基本性质来研究群的结构，并获得可分群的一些新结果．

英文摘要：

A subgroup H of a finite group G was called s -semipennutable in G if H permutes with all Sylow subgroups of G with order prime to ｜H｜. In this paper, we study the structure of finite groups in view of some basic properties and obtain some new results about factorizable groups.
