群G的一个子群H称为在G内s-条件置换的，如果对G的任意Sylow子群P，存在X∈G，使得HP^x=P^xH．利用s-条件置换子群的性质，作者给出了群的P-幂零性的一些新刻画．

英文摘要：

A subgroup H of a group G is said to be s-conditionally permutable in G, if for any sylow subgroup P of G, there exists an element x∈G such that HP^x=P^xH. By using the property of s-conditionally permutable subgroups, some criterions of p-nilpotency of finite groups are obtained.
