目的探讨兰州市住院孕产妇自然流产的现况及其主要影响因素,为制定降低人群自然流产发生率的有效措施提供理论依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法抽取兰州市3所医院2004～2005年住院孕产妇住院病历共计5002份,摘录相关研究信息,计算有关率及进行logistic回归分析。结果兰州市住院孕产妇自然流产率为14.64%;导致自然流产的危险因素依次为自然流产史、异常妊娠史、年龄、既往胎次、既往人工流产史、既往产次。结论兰州市住院孕产妇自然流产率偏高,应加强计生宣教工作,提高育龄妇女的自我保健意识,从而减少自然流产的发生。
