对基于可编程控制器的污水处理工艺进行了应用需求的研究与探索。从整体上设计了基于可编程控制器的控制系统,在工艺流程图的基础之上进行了硬件选型和程序设计。采用可编程控制器S7-200系列CPU226作为控制器,通过输入输出口分配,将液位传感器、溶氧仪等设备测出来的被控信号送入可编程控制器,再通过各种污水处理设备的执行,实现对污水的净化。其中对曝气沉淀池中的溶氧度的控制要加入PID算法。最终通过系统的设计,仿真成功后说明该设计是可行的,而且具有实践应用意义。
In this paper,based on programmable controller to the application requirements of sewage treatment process of research and exploration.On the whole design a control system based on programmable controller,on the basis of process flow diagram for the hardware selection and software design.Using programmable controller S7-200 series CPU226 as controller,through the I/O port distribution,liquid level sensor,dissolved oxygen instrument equipment such as the measured is accused of signal in the programmable controller,through the execution of all kinds of sewage treatment equipment,for the purification of wastewater.Including control of dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank degrees to join the PID algorithm.
