通过数据挖掘技术实现了客户叛离模式的管理及应用,其中关键的环节是通过叛离客户的预测和分析,辅助市场营销人员制订相应的营销策略,采用最好的客户服务挽回叛离的客户,取得客户的谅解。文章介绍决策树ID3数据挖掘算法在零担客户叛离过程中的应用,并对得到的结果进行说明和分析。实践证明,该系统提供的信息能够科学地帮助第三方物流公司解决零担客户叛离的问题。
LTL customers' renegade is a major problem with third-party logistics enterprises in an increasingly competitive market.Through data mining technology,management and application of the customers' renegade mode are achieved.The key aspect is the adoption of renegade customers forecast and analysis,to assist marketing staff in developing appropriate marketing strategies,in providing the best customer service to bring back renegade customers,and in obtaining their understanding.This paper is an introduction of the application of decision tree ID3 of data mining algorithms in the process,and a description and analysis of the results.Evidences prove that information gained through this system can help Third-Party Logistics companies to scientifically resolve issues of LTL customers' renegade.
