提出了一个新的文献计量学存量指标——历史h指数,即用h指数除以期刊办刊年限的值。并且以图书馆、情报、文献学期刊为例,基于中国知网的引文数据库,采用相关分析、聚类分析、岭回归分析了历史h指数的特点。研究结果表明,历史h指数充分考虑了期刊的办刊时间,提高了评价的区分度,其性质接近h指数和影响因子,是一个优秀的期刊存量评价指标。历史h指数适合期刊评价、机构评价,但不适合学者评价。

英文摘要：

This paper proposes a new bibliometrics stock indicator--the history H-index,that is using the H-index dividedby the number of years that the periodical is running. And taking the library,intelligence,and journal of philology as exam-ples, based on Chinese How Net citation database, analyzes the characteristics of the history H-index with the methods ofcorrelation analysis, cluster analysis, ridge regression analysis. The result shows that the history H-index fully consider theperiodical＇s running time, and improve the distinction of evaluation. Its nature is close to H-index and impact factor, it＇san excellent periodical stock evaluation indicator. The history H-index is suit for journal evaluation, institutional evalua-tion, but not for academics evaluation.
