为了进一步研究在金鱼雌核发育过程中不同发育阶段的单倍体蛋白质表达水平的差异,阐明单倍体不能正常发育的机制,利用金鱼雌核发育单倍体尾鳍出现期两个不同发育时期(W1,W2)的胚胎为材料,进行了比较蛋白质组学分析.结果鉴定到了一些与发育调控、神经发育、细胞分化等相关的12个差异蛋白质,并根据功能差异将其分为五种不同类型,这些差异蛋白质的鉴定为进一步阐明单倍体的发育异常机制奠定了良好的基础.
To better understand the molecular events underlying the processes occurring at the embryos developing of gynogenetic haploid and elucidate the mechanism of abnormal development in haploid embryos. We conducted a proteome differential analysis of the gynogenetic haploid embryos of goldfish during different development period (W1, W2 ) in the same tail fin appearance stages. With the two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2 - DE), Differential protein expression analysis was performed by using 2 - DE, 12 spots were identified by mass spectrometry. According to the function description of the identified proteins, some differentially expressed proteins are related with development regulation, nervous development, cell differentiatiom.The results might be helpful in further studying the developmental mechanisms of goldfish gynogenetie haploid embryos.
