在介绍数据采集与处理系统组成的基础上,提出了磁力轴承数据采集与处理系统的测试技术,主要探讨A/D转换与D/A转换部分的测试方法,给出了测试程序片断,并指明了控制器、功率放大器及线圈的测试技术。最后给出了磁力轴承工作时转子振动特性的实验测试结果,以此判断数据采集与处理系统是否出现异常。
The test technology is presented for the data acquisition and process system of a magnetic bearing on the basis of introducing the components of the data acquisition and process system. It is mainly discussed about the test ways of A/D conversion and D/A conversion, and the test program segments are provided. The test methods are also proposed for the controller, the power amplifier and the coil. At last the experimental test result is given to reveal the vibration characteristc of the rotor of a working magnetic bearing,from which it can be known whether the data acquisition and process system is normal.
