针对神经网络难以用硬件设备实现、且软件实现比较耗时的问题,分析了忆阻器的特性及内部机理,采用PSPICE软件对忆阻器进行了研究。忆阻器是除电阻、电感和电容之外的第4种基本无源电子器件,其阻值随流经它的电荷量变化而变化,在断开电流时保持其阻值不变,有记忆电阻的性质,可应用于工程方面。本文通过PSPICE语句描述了忆阻器的内部结构,使用子电路的方法构建了忆阻器模型,仿真验证了器件具有忆阻的特性。
In view of the problem that the neural network is difficult to be realized by hardware and software, the characteristics and the internal mechanism of the device are analyzed, and the PSPICE software is used to study the memristor. The memristor is the fourth basic passive resistance in addition to resistance, inductance and capacitance of the electronic device and its resistance changes with the changes of the amount of charge flowing through it, which has the nature of memory resistance and can be used in engineering. In this study, the internal structure of the memory is described by the PSPICE statement, and the memory model is constructed by using the method of subcircuit. The simulation results show that the device has the characteristics of memristor.
