Fhe evaluation of the quality of the ind-astry-university-research cooperation greatly promotes the cooperation to be carried out extensively. This article tries to establish the indicators sy atem of the cooperation evaluation, the evaluation way and the evaluation process of the cooperation quality based on the Dempster-Shafer theory.
