Pancreatic duct abnormalities is an important indication, which can be seen in varies of pancreatic diseases. Nowadays, imaging examines, such as endoseopicretrograde cholangiopancreatography, magnetic resonance , multi-detector computer tomography （multi-slice computer tomography）, endoscopic ultrasound and etc, can show the features of pancreatic duct and diseases well. The imaging of normal pancreatic duct and the variation of that in every pancreatic disease are summarized in this article so as to improve the understanding of the pancreatic diseases.
