目前基于可再生能源历史运行数据的储容配置方法较多,但大多未考虑储容配置过程中的敏感因素,储容配置过程的敏感因素是优化储能容量和提高储能应用效率的关键角度之一。首先提出适用于大规模集中式可再生能源领域,以平滑出力波动和跟踪计划出力为应用模式的储容配置算法,并汇总了影响配置结果的敏感因素,即数据样本、储能类型和储能系统的工作方式。以平滑某典型百MW级风电场的出力波动为例,分析了各敏感因素对储容配置结果的影响,以储能容量需求和等效寿命损耗为评价指标,得出数据采样时间间隔、统计时间尺度和BESS初始剩余能量状态的推荐值。
At present, based on historical operation data of renewable energy sources there are many methods to configure the capacity of battery energy storage system (BESS) and most of them do not consider the factors, to which the capacity configuration process is sensitive, however considering sensitive factors is one of the key contents for optimizing capacity of BESS and improving utilization efficiency of energy storage. Firstly, a configuration algorithm of BESS, which suits to the field of large-scale centralized energy storage of renewable energy source, is proposed to mitigate output fluctuation and trace the scheduled output, and such sensitive factors impacting the configuration results as data sample, types of energy storage and working modes of energy storage system are gathered together. Then, taking the mitigation of output fluctuation of a certain typical wind farm with capacity in megawatt level for example, the impacts of sensitive factors on configuration result of BESS are analyzed. Finally, taking the demand on BESS capacity and equivalent life loss of BESS as evaluation indices, the recommended values of time interval of data sampling, the time scale of statistics and the state of initial residual energy of BESS are obtained.
