数码迷彩伪装技术是一种新型军事工程伪装技术,其将不同颜色的马赛克方块按照一定规律排列组合后喷涂在伪装面上,相对于传统伪装技术而言,数码迷彩在应对高空侦察方面具有更加卓越的效果,但目前已有技术仍采用人工喷涂的方式,无论是喷涂效果还是喷涂效率都无法适应军事工程伪装的当前需求,鉴于此,设计了一种直角坐标机器人智能数码迷彩喷涂装置,并通过试验验证了设计方案的可行性,获得了较高质量的数码迷彩伪装图案,可为数码迷彩军事伪装技术的理论研究和工程实施提供重要参考.
The digital camouflage technology is a new camouflage technique of military engineering. It sprays the Mosaic block of different color on camouflage surface after permutation and combination according to certain rules. Comparing with traditional camouflage pattern, the digital camouflage technology has more remarkable effect in response to high altitude reconnaissance. But in present, the current existing technology still takes artificial spraying method. This method can't adapt the present need of Camouflage technique for military engineering whether spraying effect or spraying efficiency. For this reason, an intelligentized digital camouflage spraying device of cartesian coordinate robot is designed. Then the design scheme is validated by test, and the ideal digital camouflage pattern is gained. The study could supply important references for theory research and project implementation of military digital camouflage technology.
