高技术产业的发展受到不同于其他产业影响要素的影响,本文选取一系列影响高技术产业发展的具体要素,并通过主成分回归分析构建一个指标体系得出各个城市高技术产业的发展潜力。发现其中资源条件和公共服务对高技术产业的影响较大。此外,由于高技术产业的空间结构是一种典型的枢纽-网络结构,影响要素禀赋的差异决定了不同城市所适合发展的枢纽类型也不同。为此本文对发展潜力较高的城市枢纽类型进行了如下划分:北京,上海适合发展高技术产业的研发和贸易枢纽;深圳、广州的发展方向是向高技术产业的研发和贸易枢纽发展;天津、武汉、西安和南京应该集中发展成为高技术产业的生产枢纽等。最后根据结论提出了简略的政策建议。文章在方法学上给出了一种权重计算方法。
the development of high-tech industry is influenced by various factors that differ from other industries.This paper selected a series of specific factors and constructed an index system by principal component analysis and regression.Based on that,the development potential of high-tech industry in each city is calculated.It shows that resource endowment,such as human resources and universities,and public services play the larger part.Besides,the spatial structure distribution of high-tech industry is a typical hub-network structure;difference in factors endowment decides the specific hub type fitting each city.Consequently the paper summarized that: Beijing and shanghai are better toward RD and trading hubs;Shenzhen and Guangzhou manufacturing or trading hubs;Tianjin,Wuhan and Xian could develop into manufacturing hubs and so on.Some policy suggestions are proposed in the end.
