英文摘要：

Today any enterprise which wants to survive in the fierce market competition must rely on successful projects.In combination with the characteristics of the RD project management,this paper improves the＂Diamond Mode＂of the project management,and constructs a new method with＂Five Pillars＂by adding a new dimension,the vitality of the RD product,to the original four pillars method model.By means of a case study of the RD projects,the paper confirms the effectiveness of the new method to improve the performance of the RD project teams.
