利用可控热氛围燃烧系统提供的稳定均匀温度场,使用高速摄像机研究丙烷/柴油混合燃料的稳态喷雾特性。研究了不同混合比例、背景温度和喷射压力下混合燃料的喷雾发展过程和相关喷雾特性参数的变化规律。结果表明,相对于纯柴油燃料,丙烷/柴油混合燃料喷雾在形态上有明显差别,丙烷含量增加,喷雾的最大贯穿距离减小,喷雾锥角变大,少量的丙烷添加,变化就极为明显。背景温度对纯柴油和混合燃料的喷雾参数的影响趋势相同,最大贯穿距离和喷雾锥角随背景温度的升高而减小,其中丙烷/柴油混合燃料对背景温度的变化更为敏感。
A high speed photography is employed to investigate the spray characteristics of diesel- propane blends in a controllable active tbermo-atmosphere. The spray developing process and other spray parameters are investigated in different blending ratios, background temperatures and inject pressures. The results showed that, the shape of blended fuel is obviously different from that of pure diesel. As the propane fraction increases, the penetration decreases and the spray angle increases. And a small amount propane gives an apparent change. The background temperature has a similar influence on both diesel fuel and the blended fuel. The penetration and spray angle of both fuels decreases as the background temperature increases, and the latter is more sensitive.
