根据山东省17地市的相关数据,对17地市的金融生态指标体系的构建及竞争力评价等问题进行了研究。选择14个反映地域金融生态环境的评价指标,利用层次分析法与熵值法的主客观赋权法对评价指标进行赋权。在此基础上对17地市的金融生态环境竞争力进行测算和评价。结果表明：青岛金融生态指数最高,济南次之,但经济实力并不是反应金融生态的绝对标准。

英文摘要：

Based on relevant data of 17 cities in Shandong province,the problems of index system construction and competitiveness evaluation of financial eco-environment in those cities were studied.Selecting fourteen evaluation indexes to reflect the financial eco-environment of the areas,the indexes are empowered using the objective and subjective weighting method which is based on AHP and entropy method.The competitiveness of financial eco-environment in these seventeen cities were calculated and evaluated.Results indicate that the financial eco-environment index of Qingdao is the highest,Jinan followed,but economic strength is not the gold standard of financial ecology.
