在分析NOx吸附还原催化器在稀燃吸附和浓燃还原过程所进行的化学反应后,依据开发的稀燃汽油机新型稀NOx;吸附还原催化系统和在典型稀燃工况卞催化后的实验数据,编写了CHEMKIN软件输入气体成分文件,并进行了模拟计算.结果表明:计算与实验结果具有很好的一致性;发动机排气流量、吸附还原催化器浓、稀燃运行时间和比值大小对新型稀NOx吸附还原催化系统NOx排放具有较大影响.
The chemical reaction process during adsorption and the reduction process in lean burn NOx adsorber reduction catalyst were analyzed first. And then, based on the experimental results of the typical lean burn operation in the modified lean burn SI engine, a new lean bum NOx adsorber reduction catalyst aftertreatment system was developed. The CHEMKIN chemistry kinetics software was compiled and the operation process was simulated. It was shown that the simulation results were perfecdy consistent with the experimental ones under the same condition. And that discharge of the exhaust emission, absolute time and ratio value have a significant effect on NOx emission of the lean-bum SI engine.
