【目的】对比分析同种异体冷冻骨移植和自体骨移植的临床疗效,为同种异体冷冻骨移植的安全性及有效性做出评价。【方法】选取2009年7月至2014年7月60例来本院就诊的大段骨缺损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用同种异体冷冻骨移植治疗,对照组采用自体骨移植治疗;比较两组临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。【结果】观察组、对照组愈合良好率分别为93.3%、96.7%,对照组高于观察组,但差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组、对照组骨愈合时间分别为(12.3±4.2)个月、(10.7±5.3)个月,观察组长于对照组,但差异不具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组、对照组术后48h引流量分别为(262.6±38.9)mL、(249.4±49.2)mL,对照组低于观察组,但差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组在排斥反应、感染、体温升高、切口渗液、延迟愈合的发生例数上与对照组无明显差异,差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。【结论】同种异体冷冻骨移植临床疗效与自体骨移植相似,安全性高,且不会造成二次创伤、取材方便,值得临床借鉴使用。
[Objective]To compare and analyze the clinical effect of allogeneic frozen bone graft versus autogenous bone graft in the treatment of large bone defects, and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of allogeneic frozen bone graft. [Methods]From July 2009 to July 2014, 60 cases of large bone defects treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The observation group received allogeneic frozen bone graft treatment, the control group received autogenous bone graft treatment. The efficacy difference and complication between the two groups were compared and analyzed . [Results]The success rates in the observation group were 93.3%, and 96.7% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉0.05). The bone healing time in the observation group was (12.3 ± 4.2) months, and ( 10.7 ± 5.3) months in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉0.05) . The drainage 48h post-operation in the observation group were (262.6 ± 38.9)mL, and in control group were(249.4±49.2)mL, the control group was lower than the observation group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉0.05). There were no significant differences between the observation group and control group in the cases of rejection, infection, fever, wound exudate, delayed and healing ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]Allogeneic frozen bone has a similar effect and safety to autogenous bone graft, but will not cause secondary trauma, easily obtained, is worthy of learning to use.
