目的研究重度子痫前期患者与正常妊娠晚期孕妇CD59分子表达水平及其意义。方法选取正常妊娠晚期孕妇30例为对照组,27例重度子痫前期的孕妇为重度子痫前期组,采用流式细胞术和免疫组织化技术检测CD59在血细胞和胎盘组织中的表达水平。结果对照组和重度子痫前期组CD59分子的阳性表达水平分别为(86.86±1.91)%和(27.26±7.05)%,2组之间表达水平有显著性差异(P〈0.05);对照组胎盘血管CD59呈阳性表达,重度子痫前期组CD59呈阴性表达。结论孕产妇血细胞和胎盘CD59分子的表达水平降低与子痫前期的发生密切相关。
To clarify the relationship between CD59 molecule expression and preeclampsia pathogenesis, we detected and analyzed the expression of CD59 molecule in patients with preeclampsia and normal pregnant women.We selected 57 pregnant women from the department of obstetrics and gynecology in hospital affiliated to Binzou Medical University, including 27 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia(preeclampsia group) and 30 late pregnancy women as control group. The expression of CD59 in blood cells was detected by flow cytometry; the level of CD59 in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry technology. Data showed that the expression of CD59 in control group was significantly higher than that in preeclampsia group(P 0.05). Furthermore, the positive expression of CD59 in vascular endothelial cells of control group is significantly higher than that of preeclampsia group. Thus we conclude that the expression of CD59 molecule play an important role in pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
