采用固定化离子液体体系,将手性salen Mn(Ⅲ)化合物通过离子液体薄膜固载在不同介孔载体的表面,XRD结果表明,催化剂保持了载体特征的孔道结构.将制得的固载催化剂用于催化烯烃的不对称环氧化反应,得到了较好的结果,尤其是以MCM-48为载体制备的催化剂在α-甲基苯乙烯环氧化反应中,得到了99%的转化率和〉99%的光学选择性.并且催化剂可以回收利用.
The chiral salen Mn( Ⅲ ) complex was immobilized on the surface of mesoporous materials through a method based on supported ionic liquid system. The result of XRD showed that the regular mesostructure of the support was preserved after the immobilization. The prepared heterogeneous catalysts exhibited good activity and enantioselectivity in the asymmetric epoxidation of olefins. Especially, in the epoxidation of α-methylstyrene, both the conversion and ee value could exceed 99 % with the catalyst using MCM-48 as support material. Furthermore, the immobilized catalysts were stable and could be recycled three times.
