笔者以氮化方式对无模板法直接合成的大孔TiO2材料进行改性,以期提高其光催化性能。采用与有机物尿素加热的方法,得到氮化的大孔TiO2。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、FT—IR、XPS和UV—VIS方法对其进行结构和性能表征,并通过降解甲基橙溶液研究其光催化性能。结果表明,氮化比较成功,氮化后大孔结构没有破坏,晶型单一,在可见光区有较强的吸收;与纯的TiO2相比,氮化后的TiO2降解甲基橙的效率更高。
Macroporous TiO2 was prepared in the absence of any templating agents. Its nitridation was performed through heating with the urea, and the obtained N-doped TiO2 was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR, XPS and UV-VIS. The photocatalytic activity of N-doped TiO2 was tested by degradation of methyl-orange dye solution. It is shown that the macroporous structure of TiO2 retained after nitridation with high crystallinity of anatase phase, and the N-doping led to the shift of the visible light adsorption from 387 to 425 nm. The resultant N-doped macroporous TiO2 presented higher photocatalytic activity than the pure TiO2.
