认知神经科学的迅速发展为领导力研究提供了新路径,越来越多的领导力研究采用认知神经科学的视角,从神经机理来解释领导特质、行为及其相关现象。本研究概括了神经领导学的兴起与理论模型的发展,从领导特质、领导情绪能力、领导行为与权变领导四个方面切入,探讨并梳理领导力的认知神经机制研究成果。基于大脑的相对稳定性和可塑性,神经领导为评价、甄选和培养领导者等实践工作提供科学合理的开发依据。未来的研究应加强对理论模型、研究对象、大脑加工网络、领导风格比较、内隐测量和本土化等方面的研究。
The rapid development of cognitive neuroscience provides a new path for the leadership study. More and more cognitive neuroscience studies are conducted from the perspective of leadership, which explains the neural basis of leaders' traits and behaviors. This paper examines and summarizes the development of the theory. Major achievements of leadership study based on cognitive neuroscienee fall in four aspects, namely, leadership trait, leader' s emotional competence, leadership behavior as well as contingency leadership. Based on the brain' s default network and plasticity, the neuroleadership study provides a reference for the leadership assessment, leader' s selection and development. More attention should be given to the construction of the theory, expansion of research subject, comparison between different leadership style' s neural basis, implicit measurement as well as native study.
