通过实际调研,结合相关库存管理理论,构建了两阶段可变腐败率商品的库存决策模型,即在第一阶段同时存在需求与腐败造成存货减少,但在确定货架时间之后,销售企业通过改变保管条件,从而避免腐败损失并进入第二阶段.销售商的决策变量是订货周期长度,并使得自身总成本最小化.通过构建该问题合理的数学模型,结合解析分析导出了理论结果从而确定出最优解.最后结合数值算例说明了所得结论及两阶段策略对于企业的贡献.
Through practical investigation as well as related inventory management theory, the model of two phases inventory system with changing deteriorating rate was presented. In the first phase, the decreasing of stock level was caused by demand and deterioration simultaneous. After a deterministic period of shelf life, the seller would change the keeping condition by technical means to avoid the cost of deterioration of the items remained, and then enter the second phase. The decision variable of the seller is the replenishment cycle time to minimize the total relevant cost. The proper mathematical model was established, through analytical analysis, we derive theoretical result to determine the optimal solution. Finally, a numerical example is shown to illustrate the theoretical results and the cost reduced by the two phases inventory policy of the retailer.
