金融产业作为国民经济的支柱产业,为经济发展提供核心动力与重要保障。最佳人力资源管理实践决定了金融业核心竞争力与竞争优势。然而现有文献相对缺乏针对金融业最佳人力资源实践的研究。因此,本文以深圳市金融业为例,采用扎根理论方法构建金融业的最佳人力资源管理实践:严格招聘、内部职业机会、系统化培训、正式信息共享、分享式薪酬及结果导向的绩效管理,丰富了现有的最佳人力资源管理系统相关研究。最后,本文从管理实践角度给出了具体的人力资源管理操作性建议。
As a pillar industry of the national economy, the financial industry provides the core power and the significant guarantee for the economic development. The practice of the high performance work system produces the core competence and competitive advantages of financial industry. However, there is a lack of research on this system in the financial industry. Therefore, based on the case analysis of the present situation of the financial industry in Shenzhen, this paper presents the high performance work system of the financial industry as: rigorous recruitment, internal career opportunities, systematic training, formalized information sharing, profit-sharing compensation, result oriented performance management, which enriches the existing studies of this system. Finally, this paper provides some operational suggestions of the high-performance work system from the view of management practices.
