The effect of soaking seeds on germination ratio and seedling quality by using different concentration of Paclobutrazol were researched for popularizing and applying in the practical production.The result indicated that Paclobutrazol can inhibit the elongation growth of the rice seedlings effectively,it could make the height of wheat smaller and increase stem diameter,at the same time it can inhibit the elongation of main root,but it can promote the growth of axillaryroot,increased root diameter and white root number.All things considered that the best results for Paclobutrazol with 100 mg/L.
