采用盆栽试验,研究了干旱区绿洲土壤~胡萝卜系统中Cd,Zn的形态变化特征及其植物有效性.结果表明:供试绿洲土壤原状土中,Cd,Zn均以稳定的残渣态形式存在,而处理土壤中两种重金属残渣态质量分数变化很小,Cd主要以碳酸盐结合态形式存在,zn主要以铁锰氧化态形式存在.两种元素的活性大小为Cd〉Zn.根据相关和回归分析,Zn对胡萝卜茎叶和总吸收Zn量贡献以碳酸盐结合态和铁锰氧化态为主,其中碳酸盐结合态贡献最大。
Pot experiment was conducted to study the distribution of Cd, Zn chemical forms and their phytoavailability in arid oasis soil-carrot system. The findings show that the chemical form contents of metal Cd, Zn mainly existed in residual fraction in untreated soils, while in treated soils those of the exotic metal Cd, Zn were found predominantly in carbonate forms and Fe-Mn oxides bound forms, respectively. The passivation of these two heavy metals in oasis soil fluctuated smoothly and the phytoavailable order of selected heavy metals was Cd〉Zn. According to the results of the correlation and regression analysis, it was found that carbonate and Fe-Mn oxides bound forms made a significant contribution to the accumulation of metal Zn in the stem of Daucus Carota and for the total accumulation (the sum of accumulation of metal Zn in the stem and tuber), carbonate Zn was the most important contributor.
