Energy Supply-side reform has important guiding significance on promoting the transformation and upgrading of China＇s energy structure and low carbon economic development under the ＂New Normal＂. Firstly, this paper analyzes the urgency of China＇s energy Supply-side reform; Secondly, based on the contemplation of the Supply-side reform experience of the United States, Britain and Japan from the perspective of reform timing, tool selection and the ripple effects; thirdly, evaluating the Supply-side reform practice of China＇s coal, electric power, petroleum, natural gas and the new energy domain respectively; finally, from the perspective of the starting point, focus point and the foothold of the rationalization of the international policy transferring, providing systematic theoretical basis and driving force for China＇s energy Supply-side reform under the＂New Normal＂.
