"十二五"期间,生猪产业发展态势稳健,经济新常态下生猪生产面临城乡居民猪肉消费稳步增长,质量安全隐患持续存在;资源约束趋紧,发展空间受限;养殖风险突出,市场竞争加剧等三重挑战。笔者系统梳理了生猪产业在农耕文明、工业文明与生态文明发展阶段的产业特征,指出构建一个具有经济合理、生态环保和社会有序的集约生产、服务生活、保护生态的"三生共赢"式生猪生产体系是大势所趋,并提出未来发展建议:有效配置资源,辩证思考产业发展路径;善用两个市场,拓宽产业发展时空环境;明确发展路径,完善产业发展举措。
The pig industry maintained a steady development momentum during the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period. Pig production faces a tri- ple challenge under the new normal of economy : the quality and safety problems continue to exist with the steady growth of urban and rural resi- dents of pork consumption; the development space is limited due to the fight resource constraints; breeding risk is highlighted with intensified market competition, etc. The author systematically teases the industry characteristics of the pig industry in the development stages of agricultural civilization, industrial civilization and ecological civilization, and points out that constructing a " Sansheng" win -win type of pig production system is an inevitable trend, which has the characteristics of intensive production, service life, protecting the ecology with a reasonable econo- my and ecological environmental protection. The author also puts forward the suggestions for future development as follows : effectively allocating the resources, dialectically thinking about industrial development path ; making good use of the two markets, broadening the temporal and spa- tial environment of industrial development, making clear development path, and improving the industrial development initiatives.
