围绕在新产品开发中的顾客参与研究很多,但研究角度各不相同,对现象的解释也不尽相同。本文在梳理国外文献基础上,从新产品开发中的顾客参与的前因、过程、后果等三方面进行总结评述,并在此基础上给出了未来研究方向,为将来对此领域的深入研究打下了基础。
There are a great deal of researches on customer participation in new product development,but these researches have different study angles and the explanations of this phenomenon are also different.On the basis of analyzing concerned foreign literatures,this paper summarizes and appraises customer participation in new product development from antecedents,process and consequence.This paper suggests future research direction and lays a foundation for further study.
