通过借鉴现有成熟量表,对江苏省8所高校在校大学生创业自我效能感进行了问卷调查,因子分析和信度分析结果表明该量表具有较好的效度和信度。对大学生的个人背景、家庭背景、创业教育、创业榜样与创业自我效能感的相关分析和一元方差分析结果表明,不同类型和家庭背景的大学生在创业自我效能感上存在不同程度的显著性差异;而接受创业教育和接触创业榜样,能够显著地提高大学生的创业自我效能感。在对实证分析结果进一步的讨论后,对大学生创业引导策略和创业教育体系构建提出建议。
Based on an existing examined scale,the authors carried out a questionnaire survey on college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ESE)in 8universities in Jiangsu province.The validity and reliability of this scale have been proved by the results of factor analysis and reliability analysis.The results of correlation analysis and ANOVA on ESE and related variables shows that there are significant differences in college students' ESE based on their individual and family backgrounds.The research shows that access to entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship models can improve college students' ESE markedly.This paper also raises proposals on college students' entrepreneurship guiding strategy and entrepreneurship education system on the basis of the empirical analysis.
