从代际视角出发,检验了工作价值观的代际差异,以及代对工作价值观和建言行为关系的调节作用。结果发现:80后比60后更重视能力与成长;能力与成长、地位与独立对建言行为有显著正向影响;安全与舒适只对促进性建言有显著负向影响;不同代际群体间工作价值观对建言行为的影响没有显著差异。
From the perspective of generation, this article analyzes differences of work values and examines the influence of work values on voice behavior among different generational groups. Results show that 80 generation more than 60 generation pays more attention to ability and growth. There is a positive relationship between ability and growth, status and independ- ence and voice behavior. There is a negative relationship between safety and comfort and promotive voice behavior. The in- fluence of work values on voice behavior among different generational groups is not significant.
