研究了多种增效因子对木醋杆菌产细菌纤维素结构性质的影响。通过对分别添加了椰子水、玉米浆、Twerm-80、CMC、烟酸和生物素所得的细菌纤维素膜进行分离纯化,然后进行持水性分析、扫描电镜分析、红外光谱分析、X-射线衍射以及热重分析。在增效物质对细菌纤维素结构和性质的影响方面以CMC的影响最大,CMC增强了产物的持水性能、结晶度和热稳定性;椰子水增强了细菌纤维素的持水性能和结晶度,降低了细菌纤维素的热稳定性;玉米浆提高了细菌纤维素的结晶度,降低了其热稳定性;Twenn-80增强了细菌纤维素的结晶度和热稳定性;烟酸和生物素对细菌纤维素的结构和性质影响不大。
Studied the influence of various synergistic factors on the structure and properties of bacterial cellulose synthesised by Acetobacter xylinus. Bacterial celluloses with coconut water, corn steep liquor, Twenn-80, CMC, niacin and biotin addition were isolated and purified. Then several indicators such as water holding capacity. SEM, infra-red spectrogram, X-ray diffraction and TG-DTA were analyzed. CMC showed the most significant influence to the structure properties of bacterial cellulose among synergistic factors, and it enhanced water holding capacity, crystallinity and thermal stability. Coconut water enhanced water-holding performance and crystallinity also, but reduced the thermal stability of bacterial cellulose. Corn steep liquor increased crystallinity of bacterial cellulose. Twenn-80 increased the crystallinity and thermal stability of bacterial cellulose. Niacin, biotin had little influence on the structure properties of bacterial cellulose.
