探讨了培养基配比、填充料、溶氧对发酵生产细菌纤维素的影响,并分析了发酵过程中总糖、总酸的变化,最终确定淋浇发酵法生产细菌纤维素的工艺条件:以3∶5(v/v)的糖酒混合液作为基础培养基,将7.5kg(湿重)玉米芯自然堆放,5kg(湿重)谷壳于玉米芯底部和上部分两层平铺作为填充料,每4h淋浇1次,每次淋浇1min,发酵144h终止,最终产量可达到4.792g/L,与静态发酵相比增加了79.68%。
The influence of the medium ratio,filler and dissolved oxygen on the production of bacterial cellulose were investigated,and the changes of total sugar and acid in the fermentation process were analyzed.The optimal technological conditions were obtained as followed: the medium was saccharifying liquid and rice wine,the volume ratio 3∶5,7.5kg(wet weight) corncob and 5.0kg(wet weight) hull as filler,one time showering every 4h and lasting 1 min and fermentation time 144h.Under these conditions,the yield of cellulose reached 4.792g/L,which was improved by 79.68% compared to that of static culture.
