情景判断测验的应用越来越广泛,它的测验结果的信效度问题一直是研究者们关注的重点,通过对大量情景判断测验信效度研究成果的分析,发现情景判断测验结果受某些因素的影响,进一步的分析发现重测效应、组间差异、记分方法不同、造假等因素都将会对测验结果产生影响,进而影响到测验结果的信度和效度,信度和效度不能为人们的接受的情景判断测验是不能得到推广的,所以有必要对情景判断测验结果的影响因素进行研究,一方面可以拓宽情景判断测验的研究领域,另一方面通过对这些因素影响情景判断测验结果的过程可以指导情景判断测验的现实操作：通过对研究中测验的合理安排和设置来避免一些会对测验结果会产生的因素,从而使测验结果更加真实有用。

英文摘要：

Situational Judgement Tests（SJTs）were more and more widely used,the reliability and validity of test results has been the focus of researchers.On the basis of analysising large number of the current research achievement of reliability and validity about Situational Judgment Tests,the dissertation indicates the results of SJT were influenced by many factors,further analysis found that retest effects,group differences,scoring methods,fake and other factors will impact on the test results,and then influence the test results＇ reliability and validity,a SJT which the reliability and validity are not accepted by people can not be promoted,so it＇s necessary to study the influence factors of SJTs＇ results,on the one hand we can broaden the SJT study field,on the other hand,the study of how the factors impact on the the test results can guide the practical operation of Situational Judgement Tests： by the reasonable arrangements in the study to avoid the factors that would affect the test results,so that the test results more real useful.
