知识产权与国际贸易间的联系随着跨国交易的频繁。两者间的联系更加紧密。国际贸易中涉及知识产权贸易，要求知识产权保护。随着“丝绸之路经济带”战略构想的提出，在“丝绸之路经济带”建设中，在加强贸易畅通过程中的重大经济活动中均可能涉及专利方面问题。随着中亚国家在国际贸易中的重要角色，以及各国对创新的重视，知识产权保护成为中亚开展对外贸易合作的一个必要条件。其中，专利法律制度是重要的知识产权法律制度之一。以知识产权和国际贸易关系为出发点，详细梳理分析了哈萨克斯坦共和国专利法框架和专利法内容，以此提出中圆面向中亚贸易的专利对策。

英文摘要：

With the development of cross--border transactions, Linkages between intellectual property and inter- national trade become more frequency. Trade involving intellectual property rights in international trade requires protection of intellectual property rights. The strategic concept of the Silk Road Economic Zone, the major economic activities are likely to involve patent issues. As the important role in international trade of Central Asian country, as well as on the importance of innovation, intellectual property protection becomes a necessary condition for develop- ment of trade and economic cooperation in Central Asia. Among them, the patent law system is one of the impor- tant intellectual property rights legal systems. Based on the intellectual property and international trade relations, this paper detail analysis the framework and contents of patent law of Kazakhstan Republic, and then propose the special patent strategy oriented Central Asia in China.
