为了规范学生党员发展对象推荐流程,课题组运用层次分析法,结合新形势下发展党员的具体要求,建立高校学生党员发展对象推荐与量化积分相结合的管理制度。运用层次分析法对发展对象的思想政治素质、道德素质、学习科研水平、社会工作以及现实表现5项一级指标、23项二级指标进行了权重求解并进行了一致性检验。通过民主推荐、公开答辩等"四三二"模式与量化积分有机结合,构建多维度推荐考察体系,提升大学生党员发展质量。
To standardize the process of recommending outstanding activists who want to join the Party, the research group employed analytic hierarchy process to construct a management system for outstanding activists who want to join the Party based on quantitative recommendation, combining with the specific requirements for developing Party members under the new situation. Analytic hierarchy process was used to carry out the weight solution and consistency checking of 5 first-class indexes and 23second-class indexes of the activists, and the 5 first-class indexes are ideological and political quality, moral quality, learning and scientific research ability, social work and real performance.Through the organic combination of democratic recommendation,open debate and quantitative score, a multi-dimensional recommendation and investigation system was constructed, in order to improve the quality of university student Party activists.
