以化学热力学为基础,利用FactSage软件对煤气化和燃烧过程中砷元素的迁移进行了热力学分析。研究结果表明,温度是影响砷元素迁移的主要因素,当温度为1000°C时,挥发率接近100%,压力对砷的迁移没有显著影响,而微量元素碱金属和碱土金属及硫元素可以抑制砷元素的挥发。
Based on the chemical thermodynamics, thermodynamics analysis of migration of arsenic during coal gasification and combustion using the software of FactSage.The results show that temperature is the main factor affecting the migration of arsenic. When the temperature is 1000 ℃, evaporation rate closes to 100 %. The pressure had no significant effect on the migration of arsenic. The alkali metals and alkaline earth metals and sulfur can inhibit arsenic volatile elements. The above conclusion can be the theoretical basis of migration of arsenic in actual production.
