将有机溶剂法制备的MnFeOx催化剂用于低温催化氧化一氧化氮的研究,考察了水浴温度对一氧化氮氧化效率的影响以及其抗水能力和添加稀土(Ce、La)对改善催化性的特征。实验结果显示利用有机溶剂法制备得到的MnFeOx催化剂低温催化氧化活性较好,具有一定的抗水能力。水浴温度对催化剂的一氧化氮催化氧化效率影响较小。并且在MnFeOx催化剂中Ce的添加有助于一氧化氮催化氧化效率的提高。100℃时,在NO体积分数为0.05%、O2为3%、空速为47770h^-1的条件下,该催化剂的一氧化氮催化氧化效率可达90%。
MnFeOx catalyst prepared by the organic solvent method were used in low-temperature catalytic oxidation of nitrogen monoxide. The effects of water bath temperature on the removal efficiency of NOx, the water resistance capacity of the catalyst, and the effect of rare earth(Ce, and La) addition on catalytic characteristics were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by the organic solvent method had prominent low-temperature catalytic oxidation activity. In addition, the catalyst showed very good ability to resist water deactivation. The effect of water bath temperature on the catalytic oxidation efficiency of nitrogen monoxide was not obvious. The experimental results imply that doping Ce into MnFeOx can enhance catalytic oxidation activity. At 100℃, the efficiency of MnFeOx catalyst to convert NO to NO2 was over 90% under the conditions of NO 0.05%(v/v), 3% O2 , and airspeed of 47 770 h^-1.
