目的:观察比较半夏泻心汤、四逆散、左金丸、半夏泻心汤合四逆散(半四合方)、半夏泻心汤合四逆散及左金丸(半四左合方)等5个复方对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响。方法:通过观察正常小鼠、胃肠运动抑制模型小鼠和胃肠运动亢进模型小鼠胃内葡聚糖蓝-2000排空率、小肠内葡聚糖蓝-2000推进率来研究5个复方对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响。结果:对正常小鼠,左金丸抑制其胃排空和小肠推进,其余4个复方均促进其胃排空和小肠推进(P〈0.05;P〈0.01);对胃肠运动抑制模型小鼠,左金丸并不加重其抑制,其余四个复方均可减轻其胃肠抑制,但以半四合方和半四左合方效果较好(P〈0.01);对胃肠运动亢进模型小鼠,5个复方均可减轻其亢进,但仅半四左合方有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:5个胃肠复方对不同病理状态小鼠胃肠运动呈现一定双向调节作用,以半四左合方作用为最佳,初步显示合方配伍组方有其科学性和先进性。
Objective :To observe effects of five complex prescriptions for Gastrointestinal disease on gastric emptying and intestinalfacilitation in mice. Methods : By means of emptying rate amount of polyglueusan blue-2000 in the stomach and the propulsive rate of polyglucosan blue-2000 in the small intestine in the normal mice and the mice models with the gastrointestinal motility in the restraint and hypeffunction , effects of the five complex prescriptions on gastric emptying and intestinal facilitation were studied. Results : In normal mice, the Zuojin Pill restrainted gastric emptying and slowered the facilitation of the small intestine,The other four complex prescriptions can accelerate gastric emptying and promote the facilitation of the small intestine ( P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ) ;In the gastrointestinal motility restraining model mice,the Zuojin Pill didn't make more serious inhibition,The other four complex prescriptions can alleviate its restraint, but the effect of Banxiaxiexin - Zuojin - Sini composite prescription and the Banxiaxiexin - Sini Powder composite prescription were better( P 〈 0.01 ). In the gastrointestinal motility hypeffunction model mice,The five complex prescriptions can restrained its hyperfunction,But only the Banxiaxiexin -Zuojin -Sini composite prescription had a significantly difference as compared with those of the control group( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion:The five complex prescriptions had some of the bidirectional regulate actions in different pathology Status of mice models, but the effect of Banxiaxiexin -Zuojin -Sini composite prescription was best,It preliminary showed the method of compatibility of medicines by merging prescription maybe reasonable and scientificalness.
