本文尝试将SECI模型引入人力资本转化机制研究中。从人力资本转化和企业知识资本形成的角度看待SECI模型存在的不足与缺陷。在对SECI模型进行完善基础上构建人力资本转化机制模型,试图为人力资本转化途径、方法的研究提供理论依据,为企业知识资本形成、更新、运行的理论研究奠定基础。
in this paper, we try to lead the SECI model to the switching mechanism of the human capital. From the switching of the human capital and the formation of the intellectual capital, we found the SECI model has serious blemish. Based the SECI model, we establish the switching mechanism model of human capital. It provides the thcories for the way trod method of human capita switching, and lays the thcories foundation for the formation, renewal and circulation.
