技术创新和产业结构优化升级是区域经济发展的重要驱动因素。本文主要分析要素集聚下技术创新与产业结构优化升级的非线性关联及其外溢效应。实证发现,使用技术、资本、劳动和创新要素集聚替代技术创新指标体系探究技术创新与产业结构优化升级间非线性关联是可行的;省域物质资本和劳动力要素集聚下的技术创新对产业结构优化升级的边际作用递减并最终收敛,省域人力资本、技术和创新要素集聚下的技术创新对产业结构优化升级的作用效应呈递增的发散特征;物质资本要素集聚、技术要素集聚和创新要素集聚效应下的技术创新对省域产业结构优化升级具有积极影响,而相邻省市的人力资本要素集聚和劳动力要素集聚度的变化对本省市的产业结构优化升级产生消极溢出作用。
Technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading are indispensable driving factors toward regional economic development. This article aims to analyze the nonlinear association and the spillover effect of technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading under element agglomeration. The empirical findings show that it is feasible to replace the technology innovation index system with such element agglomeration as technology, capital, labor and innovation, so as to explore the nonlinear association between technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading. The marginal effects of technology innovation on industrial structure upgrading will diminish and eventually converge under such factor agglomeration as provincial physical capital and labor. The action effects of technology innovation on industrial structure upgrading show increasing divergence characteristics under such elements of gathering as provincial human capital, technology and innovation. Technology innovation has positive impact on provincial industrial structure upgrading under such element agglomerations as physical capital, technical factors and innovative elements. While the human capital factor accumulation of neighboring provinces and changes in the degree of labor element agglomeration have negative spillover effects on the industrial structure upgrading in that province or city .
