应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳技术,对南方水稻田中4种优势种蜘蛛-拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosapsi)、沟渠豹蛛(Pardosa laura)、武昌獾蛛(Trochosa wuchangensis)和白跗狡蛛(Dolomedes oakkutarsis)的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了比较研究+结果表明,4种蜘蛛的POD同工酶谱带清晰,不同种间差异较明显,同属于狼蛛科内3种蜘蛛的POD酶谱相似性强,与白跗狡蛛谱带差异显著,同时发现拟环纹豹蛛POD酶对农药胁迫有明显的适应性变化.
The pod-isoenzyme of four dominant species of spiders in the rice field in the southern China is studied using the vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology. The results show that POD isoenzyme bands of four species of spiders are trenchant and there qre obvious differences in different species, POD isoenzyme bands of three species of the wolf spider has obvious comparability, but obvious differences with Dolomedes pallitarsis. It is found that there are obvious adaptation changes on pod-enzyme of the wolf spider Paedosa pseudoannulata under intimidate of the insecticide force in long time.
