基于人眼光学质量客观评价标准区域调制传递函数(AreaMTF)、斯特列尔比(SRX)和同心相对瞳孔平面(PFWc),分析了波前像差RMS为0.25μm时泽尼克像差项组合对人眼光学质量的影响。C4(离焦)与C12(球差)等组合后,像差比例在1.33到4.90的范围内AreaMTF和SRX有极大值;C6(三叶草)与C7(彗差)等组合后,像差比例在0.20到1.00的范围内它们有极小值。二阶像差(离焦和像散)组合时,C4(离焦)起着主导作用。三阶像差(彗差和三叶草)组合时,SRX和PFWc值的变化范围均较大,分别为0.066到0.228和0.048到0.656。

Based on AreaMTF, SRX and PFWc, which are objective criterions of optical quality of human eyes, the influence of wavefront aberration of combined Zernike modes on optical quality was investigated with the RMS wavefront aberration 0.25μm. The results show that the influence on the optical quality of human eyes is different with different Zernike modes combination. When two Zernike modes are combined, the maximums of AreaMTF and SRX exist in the aberration ratio range from 1.33 to 4.90 for C4 (defocusing) and C12 (sphere aberration), and those minimums exist in the aberration ratio range from 0.20 to 1.00 for C6 (trefoil) and C7 (coma), When the second order Zernike modes (defocus and astigmatism) are combined, defocusing plays the leading role. When the third order Zernike modes (coma and trefoil) are combined, the change ranges of the values of SRX and PFWc are all large, namely, from 0.066 to 0.228 and from 0.048 to 0.656 respectively
