以某新型卡车后围板为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件DYNAFORM,采用真实拉延筋的方法对其进行了成形模拟,通过模拟分析对其成形工艺参数和模型进行了必要的优化,避免了开裂等缺陷的产生。模拟结果与实验结果对比,验证了冲压仿真技术的可靠性。利用数值模拟技术对汽车覆盖件进行成形性分析,为冲压工艺规划和模具的设计提供指导性意见。
Based on numerical simulation technology with DYNAFORM,the stamping simulation of the back panel of a new truck was finished based on the method of real draw bead. We improved the technology parameters in stamping process and the modeling,which the fracture fault was prevented. Compared with the results of the simulation,the test results verified the effectiveness of stamping simulation technology. The computer simulation technology of the auto panels forming can provide guidance for the selection of the stamping parameters and molding design.
