通过一系列的新型砂和旧型砂性能实验,知道了FS粉和煤粉在型砂中的作用,分析了各自对型砂性能的影响。对比型砂配比和性能,提出了欧Ⅱ缸体、M593壳体和P471壳体铸件的型砂改进配方,解决了由于型砂质量不稳定而带来的铸件废品率高的问题。
Through a series of experiments on the performance of the new casting sand and the old sand, the function of FS powder and coal powder in the casting sand was understood. The Effect of the each casting sand on their performance was analyzed. Contrasting with the casting sand proportion and performance, the casting sand of the improvement formula for the Euro II cylinder block, M593 and P471 shell casting sand were advanced. The problem of high reject rate of casting was solved for quality instability of casting sand.
